Did you ever manage to correct the problem yet?

Some what. I figured out what causes the issue and have been doing a self treatment ever since. So basically it's cause by dirt and dust getting in between the window and the piece of rubber on the outside, when debris get stuck in the felt-like-material it causes a squeak. You're supposed to take a silicone product to clean it but i have just been wiping my window down after work (I have to park under trees and the wind blows through on that side which is why it is getting so dirty) and then taking my finger and getting all the grime out of there with a few swipes of my finger until the squeaking stops.

Hey make sure and keep the felt piece clean on the inside that touches the window bc if u don't any type of dust or trash gets in there and will scratch ur window tint if there is any.. I work at a car audio shop in Louisiana and I see it so much ..... Just do ur best to keep that piece pretty clean...

I took it to the dealership so that they would fix it for me (cause im lazy, lol) but they couldn't "replicate the issue" because it was a hot day. lol. Oh well, if you want something done gatta do it yourself!

I think mine is coming from the triangle rubber thing near side mirror that window wedges into.. Pure rubber piece no felt. Argh
