I just got a kraftwerks supercharger with smaller pulleys and 1000cc inctors , would the stock ss or a zl1 pump be enough to run e85 ? I only have basic bolt ons for now and no cams yet

You will need a ZL1 pump and bap at a minimum, Edgard likes to use the MSD bap. We made 640whp on straight e85 and 690whp on e50 mix. Def get a flex fuel sensor

Your tuner could probably tell you better than anyone. All I can say is that I was maxed out at 650whp'ish HP on e85 with a ZL1 pump + MDS voltage booster. (I'm sure the injectors are fine; I've got ID 850's and they are fine). For reference, I've attached a picture showing my fuel pump pressure from the last dyno a few weeks ago. The lower curve is the ZL1 pump and the upper curve is the dual TI267's. As you can see, the ZL1 was struggling to maintain pressure on e85 at 650'sh HP.

So i guess I should be going with meth instead ? Or go with a dual fuel pump later on? I'm looking to make 550rwhp -600rwhp , lets c how much it makes with the stock fuel pump safely

I think you may struggle to make 600 on E85 w/out ZL1+booster (at least that was my experience). I know you can do it on a stock SS FP+booster on 93 (I was able to do that though I never did a fuel pressure test).

The aux pump on top of your stock pump is good for 800+ whp on ethanol.

The aux pump kit is $1000. The Camaro SS flex fuel kit is $250. The aux pump is overkill unless you're trying to make 600whp on ethanol.

Any way to have the stock engine cover (ZL1) fit still with the flex fuel sensor in place?

I installed the DSX flex fuel kit a couple of weeks ago, and had no problems re-installing the stock engine cover.

Hey DSX, can you run 93 and E85 with the flex fuel kit, as long as you have a tune? Could you mix 93 and E85?
