2012 45th Anniversary Commemorative Yenko Camaro built by NicKey Chicago.

Correction to the article, it's 427hp at the rear wheels

I wonder if car dealers now could do what Don Yenko did back then and custom order some cars to be made or add their own special packages. If some are I wonder if we hear about them being collectors items in 20 yrs like the first generation?

Congrats on this endeavor, Stefano. Also, it's good you've clarified this - the HP numbers were the point of much conversation at the Chicago 5th Gen pizza gathering last week.

This is going to make for an awesome car...

That's great news . I was there and remember the days of Yenko , Baldwin Motion ,and Nicky . As a kid we used to race on the Sunrise highway in Baldwin on Long Island .I lived in New Jersey and we used to go to Long Island to chase skirt and drag race with the rich kids ,who's daddy's would buy them brand new GTO's, 442's and other mussel cars . And you NEVER MESSED WITH A Baldwin MOTION PHASE3 Camaro . They were legit 12 second machines. And that was fast for a street car in 1969. Those were some good times .

The Baldwin Motion phase 3 Camaro's Joel Rosen built were one of the fastest COPO cars built at that time . They had this trick 3 barrel double pumper Holly and I think they were 950 CFM . Hooker Super Comp headers and a re curved distributer. Most ran sub 12 seconds in the 1/4 as delivered .
