Question about the ZL1 drivetrain?

First I realize that this is probably an obvious question, and I also could probably figure it out. However, I'm sure a lot fo you could answer this question off the top of your head. Please explain.

Does the ZL1 have the same drivetrain, clutch, trans, rear end, as a 1LE.

This is an offshhot from another thread in which the issue of "just" putting a supercharger on an 1LE and you wil have ZL1 power from a SS.

I believe the tr6060 is different in the zl1 (mines an auto so I'm not well schooled on the m6 in them), however the rear end and axles are completely different in the zl1. It has a 9.9 inch rear made of cast iron, not aluminium, and larger axles. It's not an issue of producing the horsepower from an ss to zl1, but all the other areas that need attention on the ss to handle the extra power. So the blower is just one part of the equation, the entire drivetrain was engineered to take the extra power in the zl1, on an ss or 1le you have to make changes to get the drivetrain "bulletproof"

The tremec6060 in the ZL1 is an MG9 which can handle 30% more torque. The rear gear in the ZL1 is 3.73, 3.91 in 1LE. The LSA has hypereutectic pistons, piston oil squirters and forged rods. The clutch in the ZL1 is beefier as well.

Thanks for the details guys!

Like I said earlier, it only makes sense that GM would beef up the drivetrain with the increased power. Thanks for the details.
