Bumper stops for the hood maybe, they can be raised up to match the lines of the hood to the fascia

Are you sure it's not your bumper cover that's lifting up?

sorry that is probably whats happening. i looked into it. but idk why it would be lifting up? thats why i think it might be the radiator cover pushing it up. took it off like 4 times and still nothing.

OK, if i remember when I put on my heritage grill, there were some small plastic c clips under the fasica, i made sure to remember/chalk mark where the were and how many, some had none, some had 2 or 3. I think that might be the problem, this were either lost or not installed correctly or you need some to raise up the fasica.

Are the fenders lined up with the hood? If so then it is indeed the fascia not seating right at the top.

I had the same problem. You need to loosen those 2 torx (T30, I believe) bolts that are to the left and right of the hood latch until the alignment becomes right again. Although we are all used to tightening all bolts down, those 2 are not bolts you tighten, but instead they are adjustments.

This is what you want to do. I believe this was suggested in your other thread as well.

Yep, it puzzled me too. I thought I warped the bumper when I was taking that metal plate off. It's weird how those screws aren't ones you usually tighten all the way down, lol.

Also...

Make sure you reinstall the small plastic shims between the Fascia and the radiator support if you pulled the plastic clips out to get the scanner in.

Pretty common mistake and the second issue I've seen here on Camaro5 this week with the same thing.

Hood is def low as well from that pic.

Good luck!
