Good News - 2013
Got a phone call from my dealer this morning and was given the great news that the allocation they had for my car has been pushed out to 2013.
Not a surprise as I was already expecting something like this was going to happen. For those still waiting, my suggestion is to stop hoping for a 2012 and just settle with yourselves that 2013 will be our year. Just thought I'd share the news, I'm sure other folks should be getting notified, If you aren't, might be a good time to ask a few hundred questions to get the answer you need. On a good note, dealer gave me back my deposit and not going to require one for the 2013. |

Sweet! I hope you're dealer is right!!! I'd like a 2012, but I'd be happy with a 2013 as well. Thanks for the post!

We should be able to get the MY that is ordered. If this was going to be a problem, the car should have been postponed until the 2013 MY.

You shouldn't be, the Camaro Team listened and gave several upgrades & options for 2013.

Bro, I've been waiting for this car for 6 years. I sold both my camaro's and my harley so I could get a 2012 ZL1. I ordered on November 3 and really wanted to have my car for this summer! If I'm moved to a '13 (which I don't care for the nav anyway) Who knows when it will arrive. I live in Central NY, The summers are over by September. Now do you see my reasoning?

Everytime I spoke to my dealer he said you are definitly getting a 2012 ZL1. This is right from the managers mouth, face to face.

I heard that any of us at event code 1100 -2030 would not be getting the 2012 even though our dealers had an allocation.

Just called my dealer and left him a message to call me back. Kinda difficult to drive and see him when he is 5 hours away from me. Hopefully
I'll know more in the next few days. Torn now between the 2012 and 2013 but I would like to have this car by June 1st .
