Where is the shake?? in the steering wheel or in the seat??? Front tire sustained visible damage but what about the rear?? Is that damaged on the inside of the wheel?

It nicked the side wall on the right rear tire but no damage to the rim or anything, I replaced the tire. The damage in the photographs above are of the outboard bead seat of the rim. The shimmy comes from the right front of the car I can feel it in the wheel more so than the seat.

Steering rack is probably damaged. Not good at all.

I would check the new parts first. Have the wheel and tire road force balanced to verify the wheel is round and the tire not defective. A good tech that knows how to use the machine can diagnose even more issues with the wheel and tire. Start there.

Wheel and tire will check today and they checked good. I went ahead and had the right front wheelbearings replaced with OEM parts. Problem remains.

Really scratching my head now. The mechanics feel if it were the rack and Pinion that I would feel it regardless of the speed. Starting to wonder if that bump to the rear tire did something to the Rear axle.

Rear wheel at tire are new, I replaced both Front and rear right hand wheels and tires. It's been aligned each time after I have changed a component (4 times in last two weeks) and all well within specs..

Both rear wheels and tires tested well on the RF machine?
Did they give you a print out?

Did you have them road forced balanced though? I had a hell of a time once with a new tire. Had it balanced at 4 shops. Finally i got it to a point where it was still there but bearable. Later the tire must have worn in and the problem went away. Try changing the wheel from one side to the other and see if the prob follows. Might be like me and have a crap new tire.

It happens and Road Force Balancing by a tech that know how to use the machine does far more than just balance.
