Compact car ??? Still makes me feel proud to say I own a ZL1.

Screw the mileage, small price to pay for oh so much enjoyment.

The Camaro isn't a compact car. The interior might feel like it, but the size of the vehicle is much larger than a compact. Also, it's not exactly news that a performance trim, especially one with so much power, would have poor fuel economy.

I just guzzled a bunch of gas, I think I consumed a little tire rubber too!

Badge of honor or dubious distinction? One thing for certain, you can say it certainly earned the gas guzzler tax and is worth every penny.

I didn't buy my ZL1 for the great fuel economy, so USAToday can suck it!

We have plenty of gas to last 100s of years, so why not use it, I do.

Up till a few weeks ago a gallon of gas was cheaper then a gallon of some fancy waters! Also the ZL1 isn't sold as a fuel economy crap box, nor is it a compact car by any means. USA Today can eat me.
