This is the go pro version. I ordered this setup from amazon it had the perfect mount for it. Great idea, I cant wait to see how it works.

That's true, I am sure Ofer is working on it in his Z/28.

Sven59 -- something clicked when I saw the Amazon link. I went rummaging in my old motorcycle gear, and found that same RAM mounting plate. May switch mine out, though it looks like your headliner is trimmed a little closer than mine...

That's great, now someone needs to design a way to use the visor with the mount to make the wives, girlfriends and others (because I don't what todays proper terminology is) happy!

I don't guess this qualifies for "Quick & Easy" -- but I had the dual-reservoir brake/clutch kit and wickerbill installed yesterday. Had a cracked windshield and my dealer needed the car all day, so I was swayed by the fact that it was easier to have them do this. Also, I only have 5 days to prepare for my next track event, and I wanted this finished before then. Easy way out, though not the cheapest...

BTW, my Service Manger -- who races a very sweet Katech-motored Z06 -- was impressed by the quality of the JDP - Stage II Clutch Reservoir Relocation Kit...

Not trying to mess with you, but I think that separate clutch reservoir is a pretty bad idea. The GM cars that come with that separate clutch reservoir are all tainted with clutch issues, even to the point of clutch pedal getting stuck at the bottom due to excessive contamination. The tiny little capacity of that clutch reservoir just cannot handle hard use, which is why Corvette community has the so-called "Ranger method", which basically advises people to replace the fluid in the clutch reservoir every time you refill your gas tank!

GM seems to have recognized this issue, and used a huge brake/clutch reservoir on Camaros in 2010 (which is long after C6 Corvettes were released as '05 model).

Long story short, I think it's a back-step, and no, regular contamination will not kill your brake system; just replace the fluid in the reservoir by the end of the season
