GM Card Earnings will be honored during bankruptcy

FYI called GM card and they stated that even with the Chapter 11 filling"GM plans to honor GM card earnings".
That's good news for us in that boat.

Even Dealerships that were not offered a "Letter of Participation" but instead got the "Winding Down" letter will be in business for over a year for the most part. So orders will honored, cars will be sold, warranty will be honored, and rebates and gm card points will be accepted. It is business as usual as the restructuring begins.

I am looking forward to the future at GM, I think that they will come out of this mean, lean and a fighting machine. Those dealers that are chosen to stay and fight will be the strongest, the most compliant, and the most profitable. June was a fantastic month in Texas for Chevrolet, let's hope it continues and we see consumer confidence return to the showrooms!
