F1 tires during storage - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Anyone have info on the Eagle F1 tires for over winter storage. It seems a bit over the top to have to remove them and store in a warm area, but if thats what I need to do, well then thats what will happen. It gets a bit nippy in Michigan even in the garage. Maybe a few extra lbs inflation would help also?
Was on the Goodyear web site but couldn't find anything specific.

That's exactly what I'm doing. I kept the aftermarket wheels/tires from my 2011 Vert that I traded in.

I put those wheels/tires on the ZL1 Vert a couple weeks ago when it was warm one Sunday and put the ZL1 wheels/tires in the basement for the winter.

Next weekend, the ZL1 goes into the storage locker for the winter.

Yeah, but as the bulletin says, IF they are stored below 20 degrees, then just let them warm up to above 40 degrees for 24 hours before driving on them. Mine is hibernating while I work on a few cosmetic upgrades until the temps overnight don't drop below 40.

Its going to be a long winter
