I had clear bra installed for the complete front of my IOM. That includes the headlights/fogs, rocker panels, side mirrors and even parts of the wheel well. The material I went with is from VentureShield.

Attached is a pic of the completed job. I was cursing when I saw the tech leaning over on my car but it looked as if he was trying to take care of it. Since I had stripes put on, they also had to cut holes so that bubbling would not take effect. I can't wait to see the finished product when I pick it up.

THE FIRST AND SECOND PICTURES are PRE-ClearBRA application: Notice the waterspots and dirt.

THE LAST PICTURE is the finisihed product. Big difference.

I'll get better pics next week.

There is a lot of bad information on here regarding clear bras. To put it simply... how many Lambos or Ferraris do you see running around with black leather bras on them? None. You want to know why? You can get a clear bra applied and it will be practically invisible from 5 feet away. It will also not cause damage to your paint where a leather bra will. It doesnt matter how tight the leather bra fits, it wil get dirt under it and it will vibrate causing abrasion damage to the paint. A leather bra also looks terribe and covers up the lines of the car. If the film is maintained properly it will look as good as the paints finish.

I dont know, but if you are really 13 you have no idea what you are talking about. You should not be on here asking for information... your "of age" car owner should join and ask himself. Dont worry, you will get there some day...

Actually I am know quite a bit for being a 13 year old. They said they didn't want a clear bra. Not my decision so I could care less. All I was wondering if you guys knew where to get a leather one. Close the thread.

When you order your Colgan Bra, do not forget to order a pair of matching panties (side mirror covers).

Not to bring up an old post, but regardless of subjective aesthetics, a "classic" bra helps decrease police LIDAR effectiveness.

...not that I've gotten a ticket EVERY year (with LIDAR) since I've moved back here to Florida 4 yrs ago :( It is that fact which prompted me also to pick a "black" (and not the lovely red jewel tintcoat) 2010 off the dealer parking lot last Friday and order a Laser Interceptor's jammer, black foglight covers, AND a black Colgan bra. I am SO tired of augmenting our state's decreasing tax revenue coffers!

I'd love to get a clear bra for mine, but to do just the front would be about $700.00, and to do the mirrors and rocker panels would be well over $1,000.00. For some of us, a bra is the only option. That, or just have the front end repainted every few years.
