Added a dash badge today

In homage to my wife's '68 from a previous life, I gave her a '68 Camaro glove box badge today.

The original

That looks really good! Where did you find it? All the original badges I've found have posts, so you have to drill holes. I'm assuming that is a stick on type of badge.

Nice mod and before a newbie says it'll interfer with the passenger air-bag it comes out on the top of the dash so he's cool...

Glad you guys like it! It is a genuine '68 glove box emblem. It did indeed have 2 posts that I Dremel'd off, and I attached it w/ some double sided tape, the kind that has a little cushion in it, maybe 1/16" thick. Trimmed a rectangular piece maybe 2" by 3/8", stuck it on and BOOM, happy wife!

Yes, its a 1SS thing, though we're going to have it redone in something brighter, probably a gray to match the seats, leather maybe.
