Autocross, any of the 5th Gen locals be interested?
Hi Guys and Gals,
The Toronto F Body Motorsports club had cut out the autocross events this year due to financial requirements. We have had a number of people interested in the events, but will need at least 45 cars to break even. I think it would be cool to pull some 5th Gens out to run with earlier Camaro's, Firebirds, Lx's (Chargers, Magnums, Challengers, 300s) CTS V's and Mustangs. If we can put it together I might enter both my Firebird and Magnum SRT8. Let me know if would be interested and I will start a list. The cost will be $35-40. Interested so far: -Rampant -black67 -blkngldbabe -CROOPS34

If we have it, it will be at the Powerade Center in Brampton.
We have not made a date till be are sure we will break even. It costs the club $1500 to run an event. We used to have some good sponsors but with the economy those dried up somewhat. So entry fees need to cover it all now. Some clubs try to make a profit, we never tried, but maybe we should have. We just try to give a safe and legal place for the Camaro and Firebird enthusiast to have fun.

Hopefully the bird is running for this one. Rebuilt the LS7 over the winter, found a few issues and added some bigger arse heads than I had before. I also added 2 cubes while we were at it.
