When does GM GlobalConnect Update? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Does GM GlobalConnect (workbench order system) update only once a day and if so what time of day? I hate to keep calling my dealer if it only updates at certain times or on certain days. Anybody know?

I only see updates from day to day and I have been looking everyday to see what orders have been moving forward.

I believe it updates at night because when I try to access certain parts i.e. the order status section at around 7pm mountain anyway it says it is down for maint. every night.

That sounds right. It is 9pm for us in Michigan

So am I right in thinking that this information to the dealers is only updated once a day, at night, and if they check it in the morning that is the only info on an order they are going to get that day? In other words, there is no sense checking an order more than once a day?

I have checked mine multiple times during the day as I am going insane waiting and it never updates during the day.

yup, unfortunately it's not a live site that updates on a regular basis like other websites might.
