Put on Hobbes' winter shoes tonight. 19 inch Enkei Tuning Raijin Black, 20" x 8.5" all around wrapped in Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V1s. Nice to get those silver wheels off the car. I will be putting those up for sale as soon as I pull the tires and TPMS sensors of them and put them on my Avant Garde M510s. Pictures of new wheels below. Have to wait until Sunday to get the car out of the Garage for some better photos. Also got my ZL1 mud flaps put back on now that I am done working in the wheel wells for a while.

A few updated photos since this is the first sunny day since the last set of mods.

Thanks Mark. I am hoping the new hood gets here next week... I am really itching to get that on and painted as it will completely change the looks of the Car and really make it stand out even more. Also need to take my stock wheels in sometime soon and strip the tires and TPMS off them and get them mounted on my Avant Garde M510s for the Spring. Once those two are done, gonna take a break until spring to let my wallet recoup for a while.

The new hood and wheels should really make it stand out in a crowd! Can't wait to see it when you have it all done.

Nice to see somebody has some sunshine for their Camaro. I installed the CAI and scoop on mine and the next day it snowed 10" in St. Louis so it has been stuck in the garage for days. It will be a while before all the snow and salt are gone and I can bring it back out to play.

Pulled the tires and TPMS off my stock rims and had them mounted on my Avant Garde M510s. These are going to look awesome on Hobbes! Can't wait until the Spring thaw so I can get his snow shoes off and get these bad boys bolted on the car!

Added Headlight Armor tint to all my lights. Mostly wanted to get the side markers and fog lights since they really stand out if they are not tinted, but figured might as well do everything in one shot.

Installed an RX Catch Can, RX 1LE Separator, and a VNC Ported Throttle Body (All three in Inferno Orange) today. Tip of the day on installing the catch can. It is much easier to get to the ports for the braided hoses with the throttle body off. I took the RX logo off the 1LE separator since it was facing the wrong direction once it was installed and that annoyed me. Otherwise, install went pretty well across the board.

I think I might order another nylon braided hose to replace the one going from the 1LE Separator and the CAI just so it will match the other two hoses from the catch can.

Picked up Hobbes from Sterling Hot Rods where they painted and installed my new MPD1 Force 5 Ram Air hood, OEM High Wing Spoiler and custom stripes. The hood is fully functional acting as a race scoop for the CAI intake and also perfoming induction style heat extraction.... and of course it looks badass!

Installed Mild to Wild Exhaust on Demand NPP Controller and Skip Shift Eliminator today. Took it for a quick drive to verify that the Skip Shift Eliminator does indeed work. I really didn't notice a great deal of difference with the M2W Controller. One of the neighbors said it sounded a little deeper, but I couldn't hear it inside the car.

Also ordered IOM/Black Caliper Covers and semi-gloss black tail light bezels from Lupe. Can't wait to get rid of the last of the chrome and also to get teh IOM caliper covers on behind my Avant Garde wheels.

Entered Hobbes in his first show this weekend. Finish the Race's Annual Spring Car and Motorcycle Show. Hobbes was awarded "Top 5 Late Model" from a very respectable field of Camaros, Corvettes, Challengers, Mustangs and other 1989 to Present cars. It was a big show with lots of respectable competition so I was pleasantly surprised to take home a trophy and my son was very excited. I plan on entering Hobbes in the Virginia Camaro Clubs 4th Annual Camaro and Firebird Show in May and then in the GM Nationals in Junes as well. Fun way to meet other car enthusiasts.

Removed the last bit of chrome from Hobbes today. Replaced the tail light bezels with some custom painted semi-gloss bezels from Lupe at River City Creations and Lighting.
