I got a low oil level earning message, only 1,200 miles on it. Went to dealer, turns out the sensor wasn't plugged all the way in from the factory. Glad it was a false warning. They were really good about taking it in w/o a reservation and turned it inside of a hour.

All the better reason now to get a tune! But seriously, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope your dealer can fix it quick!

Could of also been a loose plug wire, that will throw a CEL, reduce power and many times even a Service Stabilitrak.

Did they happen to tell you what codes you had, or maybe they put them on your paper work?

Well fellows the quick fix didn't last long. I was headed to the gym today and the same thing happen again. Car started to miss bad and the dash lit up. Called onstar and she gave me all kind of different code readings. Traction stability failure, transmission, motor, antilock brake failure and any other crap that could fail. Asked the dealer tech to check some the things I read off here but they are GENUISES and I'm just a pee-un.

if the throttle body wiring acts up, it kicks up all kinds of codes like you listed.

Don't let on star diagnose your car. They have very limited knowledge to what they can see. On the new cars, once you get a check engine light, it triggers all those other lights as well. The systems are VERY integrated. You will get error codes in all the modules like they said, but those modules are communicating with the PCM as well. There aren't actually error codes with your abs, trans, etc. The 1 root cause will make your car dash light up like the Vegas strip.

I'm not a tech, nor do I claim to be, but it sounds like it's either the throttle body or a coil pack. Let them keep your car until it acts up on them. They need to see live data to diagnose. Take a loaner until they sort it.

If you wanna drive to Houston and bring it to me, we'll have it sorted in no time. I have lots of experienced techs in my service dept.

Those are the exact readings that are coming up in my dash. I mention that to the tech at the dealer but he looked at me like I was crazy. My car has been there since late Thursday and they haven't touched it.
