I had to jump back in here bump this thread and give kudos to Matt at TTP in Toms River - NJ.

He tuned my L99 three weeks ago before the GM High Tech L99 article came out, which is in news stands now.

You could try East Coast Supercharging in Cream Ridge, NJ. http://eastcoastsupercharging.com/ May be a little too far for you but they right outside of Jackson near six flags. They did a tune and nitrous install for me on my 4th gen v6 firebird and did a great job.
