Check out Jacfab. I bought the 1LE specific version and it works great.

I used the "Show and GO" from pfyc.com. I thought it looked flimsy but there doesn't seem to be a problem. I do like the "push the button" and it hides, so this way Im not running around taking it on and off. Chances are Id take it off and not put it back on. lol
Jacfab was my 2nd choice if this didn't work out but 13000km later and its still doing great.

-TREMEC TR660-MM6 Transmission (features more aggressive gearing ratios)

-3:91:1 Final-drive ratio (for quicker acceleration)

-Short-throw shifter

-Air-to-liquid Transmission cooling system

-FE6 Performance Ride and Handling Suspension:
.Monotube rear dampers
.27mm front / 28mm rear solid sway bars
.ZL1 wheel bearings, toe links and rear shock mounts

-Higher capacity rear axles to handle the higher grip and handling of the rear tires

-Variable-effort power steering (EPS)

-ZL1 fuel pump

-Tower-to-tower brace to enhance structural feel

-20x10 front / 20x11 rear 10 spokes ZL1 wheels with 285_35R20 Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar G:2 tires all around.

-Recaro Performance seats (Option-AYZ)

-Dual Mode exhaust (Option-NPP)

...'IMO' those are the most significant differences and major improvements over the standard SS

(BTW, the Camaro 1LE is approved for SCCA Touring Class racing right out of the factory!)

i know this is premature to ask but since the z28 got lighter with thinner glass, zero radio and an option to delete air among other things, is it possible that the 2015 1le camaro could possibly have similar options? everyone knows the history behind this car and how it was a stripper car in the 80's early 90's, just seems like chevrolet should go back to that idea for 2015. I'm in the market for a 1le and would love to have this as a possibility again because i would not hesitate a moment to order a stripped down 1le

The Z/28 is not really a stripped car. The Z/28 however does have some light weight items... Stripping a 1LE is something you'd have to mod yourself.

Its pretty close to, it nor already a stripped car. no radio, no ac, the things that are power like windows are only power because its lighter. They even removed wiring inside harnesses that wasnt being reused. They "stripped" away everything that wasnt required to make the car fast on a track. What would you remove that would make it stripped? Maybe the passanger seat....

I cant see this happening. z/28 = one of chevy's flagship cars
1LE = a nice package installed on an SS

They arent goign to limit an already niche market the 1le has by eliminating things people want. I'd bet a ton of people pass on the 1LE package just because it says "track" in the description. Imagine who passes on it when its "stripped and track ready"....how do you justify that to your wife.

On a side note...i told my wife i needed the 1le package cause i liked the black wheels

Aside from the sale of Z/28 complete vehicles, the Z/28 is the ultimate 5th Gen Camaro parts car. Every piece will be available through parts or GMPP. Price out a base Camaro by part. Selling a car by the piece is extremely profitable for the MFG. The Camaro TEAM has taken care of those that wanted an LS7 Camaro track animal and all those interested in certain upgrades. Well Done TEAM Camaro!

TEAM Camaro is so considerate, they even left some crumbs on the table for us

Would those headers fit anything other than the LS7?

I think the exterior of the engine block and heads is the same as any other LS-series engine, right?
