Yes. The only ones I'm aware of that don't require a tune are the Roto-Fab, Cold Air Inductions and K&N.

Looks Like I got confused. JLT, JRE and RDP. LOL!!

Although primarily a mustang shop JLT has some nice stuff and at good prices. I really like their intake even though tuning is required. Let me know if you guys jump on it before I do. I'd like to hear some feedback on it and whether or not you get the tune(r) with it. I haven't decided what to do yet. Probably the JLT intake, 10% overdrive, and let a local shop tune it. ???

Depends what type of person you are , You like adding one part by one or many parts at the same time to see big gains ? personally i like adding one by one since i like to add a thing by a thing incase there is a problem or the car attitude started acting weird i will know which part caused that and fix it as well as someother reasons . If you are confused about which brand to choose then just some research will help you choose the best option...

Oh yeah I've seen these already. I just got you confused with JLT. Your website is good and I like that way you can opt out on certain items in the packages. I also like your tune options. We'll see what happens after I finish researching and when I'm ready to jump in. Thanks.

Yeah I like one at a time but certain things go together. And I definitely don't want to keep paying for tunes over and over if I don't need to.

With JRE you never pay for tuning for parts purchased from JRE.

I watched their video and everything. Seems legit. Does anyone else use their CAI, and have you been able to acheive their claimed hp gains? Also, I'd like to know what you all have and why you got it. Just trying to do some research before I make a purchase. Thanks!
We use Rotofab with most of the NicKey ZL1 builds. You can bolt on a Rotofab and a 5% overdrive crank pulley, run good gas and no tune and pick up some solid RWHP.

Tunned the ADM CAI seemed to consistently achieve more HP.

I picked up 23rwhp with a cold air induction intake and ported throttle body.

Ported throttle bodies will gain you no horsepower but will help with drivability and throttle response supposedly. A 87mm stock t/b will support well over 650hp according to Ted @JRE. For me I'm going with the no tune Torco JRE 75 whp kit this spring with a carbon fiber Rotofab intake, and no catch can. I'm also building a cat pipes with Cooks Green cats to increase exhaust flow and not throw any cels. That should put me in the solid 580rwhp area on a stock tune.

Any experience with the JLT intake? Are the claims accurate?

Primarily that is true but they make a really nice intake for the ZL1.
