Watched the race today.
Not a very good showing for Camaro.

Finishing 12th in the 24hrs wasn't bad.
Just to survive that race is cool.

Geez, what happened to the teams and drivers!
Guess I wasn't paying attention in the off season to all the changes.
So Stevenson is only going to have one car in each series?

We got season tickets to the NJ Motorsports Park, so we will be at every event we can make, especially the Grand Am weekend.
Can't wait!!

Thanks for watching the races!

Unfortunately, we really didn't have a good showing in the Camaro. I had a good start, initiating a nice long battle with Joe Foster-- he sure can make that Mustang wide! The tire pressures seemed a bit too high and I had to back off a tough, only to realize that I was losing top speed as well. As it turned out, the right CV axle had lost all its grease and was heating up and binding. This binding finally broke the axle a few laps into John Edward's stint. This was our race to win, and a really bitter loss to such a silly axle failure. The car before the failure was VERY good. It was nimble and responsive, if only a bit slow on the long oval.

Oh well-- try, try again! Homestead isn't far off and I know for a fact that the team is pulling out the stops to ensure we have the most reliable, most well-sorted Camaro in the field!

You mean as a fan or participant? The latter requires a lot of money, a lot of luck, and a little talent-- in that order. PM me if you're interested in either means of "getting into this".

Matt, great job out there last week...that Stevenson Camaro was looking good until the mechanical issues...
Keep up the good work...you had a great car out there and it's only a matter of time before you get that podium finish or a WIN!!!
