Chevy CS?? good or bad???
Every single dealership around me that i have gone to have had the worse CS people ever. I Love my car and the people who buy them and the community we have but chevy has some of the worse CS people at least that i have experianced and thats that i have gone to about 6 different dealerships. Every time i go in there to order a part for my car or get some work done to it like a oil change or something, they all seem pissed to be at there job. Does chevy not pay there employies good or something?lol Just wondering what experiances you guys have got. I use to own a toyota before owning my camaro and they always treated me like a king when i went in there offering me coffie,donuts,cookies, always throwing in something extra when i orderd a part. Got to say i miss those good old days

i've only had bad experiences at the dealership i bought my car from. JN chevy. i heard bad things about them but went anyways cause i was impatient and they were the only dealership that had something i could afford. i love my car dearly but wish i had waited to get it from somewhere else. i seriously considered selling my car to another dealership just so i could buy it back from them!

My salesman was nice but I had to explain to him the options and add on's that I wanted because he was pretty unaware of what was available. Outten Chevrolet makes sure you are happy and do everything after the sale I could every expect so I am not complaining.
