Question Twin Turbo e85 with stock A6 stall

So I just took deposit on my blower(Maggie) and headers. Car made 650 RWHP with e85 mix and ran 10.7 at 127 full interior and with 20in drag radials. 1.5 60ft with the stock converter and the 20s. Stock 3.27 gear as well.

I am looking to go to the Huron TT setup, upgrade the fuel system to run full e85, hoping for 720+ RWHP

My question is, is it possible for the car to 60ft good with the TT setup at the power level I am talking about and still on the stock stall converter?

Nope
Someone on here really said it best. A turbo drag car needs a stall just like a supercharged car needs headers and a cam. Each system just needs some complementing parts to work right. And a turbo car doesn't need a cam or headers at all to make tons of power, but it's slow off the line without a stall.

Launching on the 20s and the Maggie was inconsistent - TT system would make that better?

Also, so going TT and stock stall will be slower 60ft, but will my 1/4 mile time and trap speed improve?

On a stock stall your 60ft will be dead consistent, cause it's such a soft launch. Trap speed will go up and ET will suck. If you are a drag race type guy, a circle D 3800 is worth it's weight in gold to you. Then it will be easy to run consistently about your same ET's but 134ish mph.
Maybe shop around, I heard there was this super well proven, reliable, faster spooling TT kit out there that would be better for you

No, it won't 60'. But it probably won't break driveline parts either, so there's that..

Unavowed, 10.45 @ 139 and stock converter, I would be happy with that.... You are bigger cubes though? I am 6.2 SBE... A little lighter though... did you have weight reduction?

Yes, 417 ci. Full weight, plus that day I forgot I had 2 full 5 gallon cans of fuel in the trunk. Brilliant, right.

There are better methods for traction control.

Right? The irony is, with the stock stall the launch is so soft that traction isn't a problem. I had 1 pass where I trapped 139.91. Can't help but think that was the 140.x pass I was shooting for. I won't make that mistake twice.

Jack, as AGP said a converter would be a great addition to the car for doing what you want and for what you want the car to do. If you didn't track the car I would not bother, however while in there doing everything including fuel system you might as well toss a converter in while most is torn down. I ran a Circle D 2B Multi-disk and found it a bit too loose (surprisingly), I would go slightly tighter or maybe even consider a ZL1 converter.
