After getting the run around since 11/5/2011 on a 2012 and then 5/19/2012 on a 2013...I put in my third and finally order on 8/28/2012 on a 2013 at a different dealer. I see on the Chevy website the car is queued for production but could you look up my order and tell me what code I'm at?

It's just Allocation vs Constraints and timing

Dealer had the allocation to place the ZL1 order and
the 1LE constraint is still very tight and your dealer just
hasn't had the opportunity to move your order. Hang
in there, it should ease up soon

Does this mean my dealership is sitting on it's laurels and can do something? He SAID he would try to get my order pulled to try and move it up...I'm just begging to get GM to accept my order. :P I questioned him today and he said 1LEs are just very limited this week and I'll just have to wait.

So I sent my dealer an email asking him for my railcar info and added the directions in quotes as I referenced what I found online on how to get your railcar number.

He calls me back later to tell me he post marked all the paperwork so I am guaranteed to receive the $500 rebate. And in reference to the rail car he said that he made a phone call and all he knows is that it left Canada and should be here around the 31st... This was yesterday, today is the 31st... very very unlikely.

I then asked what the specific railcar number is and he said he never heard of that and doesn't know how to do it. I said w.e and will just patiently wait for my baby. I wanted to scream at him asking if he even read my freaking email b/c the directions on how to do it were in there.... 1 minute of his time, was that so much to ask for?

...I wish I had Becky as my salesperson....
