California Car Cover problems

I ordered a cover from California Car Covers after I saw a few people say they were good covers. When I ordered it I selected 2011 Camaro convertible. The order in my checkout did not say convertible on it anywhere so I got on a live chat with a customer service rep and explained my problem. She took my order number and said she would make sure it went out as a convertible cover. I picked the car up yesterday and put the cover on and it had the pouch for the shark fin on the roof. I called them today and explained the problem and they said they would place the correct order for me and send a UPS shipping label. Then 5 minutes later he called back and said he had talked to his boss and that cover should fit my car. I told him it might fit but I wanted a cover for a convertible. He then said he went on their web site and it would not even give him the choice of convertible for this fabric (Extreme weave). I told him it had the choice when I placed my order. He basically said he didn't think it did and I must have been mistaken. As soon as I got off the phone I tried it again and it had the choice for a 2011 Camaro convertible.
Now I don't know if he doesn't know what he's talking about or if they send a coup cover to all the convertible orders? I will not deal with them again.
Anyone know a different cover company that makes a good cover?

I would have gone to their web site while you had them on the phone, and would have taken them click by click through what you were selecting with the hopes that they could do the same thing at the same time on their end so you could show them exactly how you got to the screen that showed where you could indeed choose a 2011 Convertible.

It's entirely possible that there is a descrepancy between their web site and their internal ordering system.

Just a thought.

They said they were going to email me a UPS tag for it and I could take it to UPS.
