Damn jar heads diming ppl out!
JK buddy..... fellow guy who is in Afghanistan right now. Peter and Tony will work together to get you exactly what you want. Let Peter know that Tony was helping you out to begin with and from my experience you will get the $600 and some, but its how you go about it. Again i cant say enough good about both Peter and Tony. |

MARINE1991:
Those wheels sure are pretty! But, not to sound like a know it all, I have learned in my 2 years on these forums to pay close attention to what certain members have to say. Nine Ball (Tony) is the guy I listen to very carefully when it comes to advice about wheels (and other Camaro-related info). I would consider his comment about the chrome/paint very carefully before spending your hard earned money on wheels. Good luck with your new wheels! |

If you want my opinion, I'd go chrome center, chrome outer lip, but then paint the inner hoop (backside of wheel) in gloss red powdercoat. The red will show through the spokes, and look really cool. See attached pic. Something like that will hold up better, and give you a hint of color that you seek. That red pinstripe on the chrome lip also isn't recommended, it just doesn't hold up well. Painting on top of chrome is just a bad idea, as paint doesn't adhere to chrome very well.

Nice looking wheel Nine Ball - What is the cost for 20" for some just like that?
Thanks, Ed |

Hey there Marine, as we spoke about the other day, I wish I had the opportunity as a Modulare Forged distributor to earn your business on this particular deal. If I could operate my business on 5% profit I would, unfortunately I just can't. We have done top notch business for 20+ years and want to be around for 20 more so I just can't afford deals like that like some of the other vendors.
I look forward to seeing pictures of the car once it's done, it should be a hot one! Again, thanks for what you and all of the other military men and women are doing for us out there, it's much appreciated. |

Good Luck on your wheels. I saved for almost a year and always have something else to pay for - so I put my 3 pc forges $$$$ wheels on my credit card. Tires just came in - as did sensors, getting them mounted next week.
If they so much as put a swcratch on em - well, you know... |
