Yes. You need an air-to-water intercooler or an intake manifold with water jackets like the Shearer Fab.

Your best bet is to get a better air to air intercooler and make the piping fit. I'm telling you the ESS cooler is a beast. I ran 21#s of boost, made 1100+whp and never used meth. Just E85y. My iats were 109 on the dyno, and cooler on the street. Hot lapping it at the track made the temps creep up to 130s, but thats beating on it and still not bad...

Other things to do to keep the engine bay cool is remove the belly pan, if you have one. remove the wheel well liners, and vent the hood.

What are you highest IATs currently?

I'm not sure I'm unable to read them currently. My tuner said it was an issue on the dyno and when he did some street pulls. Seems pretty shitty that a kit supposedly that will support 800whp would need an upgraded intercooler. I do understand its the middle of summer in Florida so it's hot. Hopefully we can get it figured out. He had another camaro in for a forged build and he saw the same issues with that kit also, same kit as mine.
Any recommendations on how to monitor iats and e content?
I believe he did remove the belly pan cause I remember him saying the intercooler piping was preventing it from going back in.

Get an Aeroforce Interceptor gauge to monitor IATs and ethanol content. That's what I pictured earlier. Works great.

Aeroforce doesn't have any in stock due to shortages on parts, so unless it's sitting on someone's shelf they can't order one.
