In search of a differential with the 3.91 rear end gears installed. Doesn't matter if it is a stock 1LE or ZL1 differential or an SS with the gears installed. Just want something that I can take out my stock and insert this and not have to worry about setting up a rear end.

You know there is a size difference between the 1LE and ZL1 differential right? So if you go with ZL1 diff I believe your gonna need a new driveshaft and axles to make it work

1le diff would be just a simple swap if it's a SS.

zl1 doesn't come with the 3.91 gears either

you can buy the complete 1le diff new from gm fully assembled with 3.91 gears, check online or local dealer i believe its 1300-1500ish than just bolts right in

Not sure of your timing but my 1LE factory diff with about 7200 miles is coming out as is the 1000hp DSS axle set...

If you buy a new from the dealer do you get the code to recal the speedo????

I would ask but I think it's only if they install it at the dealer
