I'm having some bubbling on one side of my tonneau cover, and the vinyl is starting to separate slightly on the underside. I plan to request a replacement next time I'm in for service. Curious if others have had the same issue and the response you've had from your dealer.

I have the same issue, but haven't gone to a dealer yet. To answer your question, there are others on here who have had the same problem and rec'd new covers.
