Yeah, it's definitely not the usual noise and it doesn't happen while braking, just while moving without my foot on the brake, and it speeds up as I do so it's definitely rotational.
I ran out of daylight but was able to get it lifted and just manually spinning both front wheels I couldn't hear it. If I thought I did I couldn't get it to go again, definitely nothing obvious from the look of the assembly... suppose I'll have to take the wheel off and look on the back tomorrow.

It's getting worse.
Got a video uploaded here... it sounds much clearer coming out of my phone, moving it to my computer really picked up the wind :( Hopefully someone can at least recognize this while I go take it all apart.

Sounds like a trip to a brake shop is in order.

Took the wheel off... the torx screw fell on the ground. What the crap.
Took the pads out and there was VERY little grease behind the outside pad. I may have heard the pad "rocking" against the caliper. After putting it all back together it definitely sounds better than it did in the video. We'll see if it holds up. New wheels scheduled to show on Saturday, I'll double check all the caliper bolts and torx screws then and make sure I have plenty of grease behind all the pads. If it comes back after that I'll have to take it somewhere :(

Was the Torx screw holding the wheel away from the rotor?

I don't think so, I think it just came loose when from when I didn't have the caliper bolts tightened down and eventually vibrated itself out.
Either way, those bastards are getting tightened to hell this weekend.
