Dang! Love the new photos WOW, You have me thinking about color matching my HEX vents now... I was going to do Carbon Flash to match the other accents... but it looks nice and clean body colored.
Color matched on yours would be absolutely SICK

And the funny thing is i havent changed a single panel. The only part that has come off the car is the original grille and the spoiler. The hood and front bumper are still factory................just severely modified

Dude, your cuting skills are off tha chain! I have my Hex vents too and trying to get the courage to do the install on the 29th. I notice you used a different type of saw to cut your holes...so after you cut the top portion out did you flip it to the other side to cut the under side out the same way? What type of saw is that and what kind of blade did you use?

Haha thanks.....much cleaner lines and sooo much easier than a jig saw. This is called a "Milwuakee".....its exactly the same thing as a rotary cutting Dremel. The blades we used were rotary disks, Metal cutting "thick". And i believe the size was something like 1 1/4...but the size doesnt matter. Bigger the better though. I went through probably 2-3 on the hex vents (5 per pack) and probably 10 on the T3 ports.

The hex vents i did the top first and like you said flipped it over and copied the bottom. Then we used a rotary metal sanding disk to file it down until the vents slide in place. SOOO much easier than the big bulky jig saw....Only thing tho, the jig saw cuts both sides at once, but it bounces around like hell.
