41rwhp and 58rwtq from an intake and tune only?

I'll be honest, I don't know too much about reading dyno sheets but aren't the baseline run and the modded run supposed to start at the same rpm? If I'm missing something can someone chime in on this?

Is this an L99 car? The RPM and baseline suggest it is.
Results are impressive.
The change in RPM is likely from tuning.

Lots of questions with these numbers.

If its an L99 (340 RWHP bone stock) - is really high.
If its an LS3 (340 RWHP bone stock) - is really low.

With intake and tune

If its an L99 (380 RWHP) is abnormally high.
If its an LS3 (380 RWHP) would be considered normal.

380 RWHP is what the average LS3 M6 would make with intake and a tune. Its way too high for an L99 with just intake and a tune.

I'll clarify a few things. First this is an 2011 6-speed. The baseline was bonestock and the car was heatsoaked from the drive to the shop in triple digit(see weather conditions at bottom of chart). The AFR wasn't hooked up either that's why it's reading 9:1, but these are SAE numbers on a Dynocom.
