Have u looked around? How come u dont get them powder coated? It will last alot longer and doesnt chip as easy like paint. Had painted wheels before and they were all chipped by the lug nut holes. Just saying. $125 doesnt seem too bad but shop around.

Most places will be right around $100 per wheel to paint a single color. I paid $150 per wheel but I had it painted black and synergy green

How long? I had this like this for a year, and they were bought like this from the previous owner and so far all the paint is ok.

And anyway, id have to now powdercoat all the wheels, not really on my short list of things to do just yet.

Did the previous owner actually tell you they was painted?

He may have had them powder coated which is why they are lasting this long.

Its pretty easy to chip the paint. In my other car the wheels are painted and i once got a flat and at the tire shop they chipped the wheels by the lug nut holes when they were removing it or monting it on( not sure). I was so pissed! Just saying.

they are definitely paint. they aren't perfect curb rash got the edges before. but I have never experienced any chipping outside of that.

that's how I feel. they don't even have to take the wheel off or put it on. there's no tire in it. lol
