I finally got it!!! I picked up my iom 2ss/rs about 5 pm and put 198 miles on it today, ill post some pics tomorrow when i give her a bath. NO COMPLAINTS!!!!!

I took delivery of mine in Clearwater, FL in July and towed it home to New Orleans, LA with my GL. I opted for: Inferno Orange Metallic with Inferno interior, 2SS, RS, LS3 M6, Sunroof, Black Rally's, Painted Engine Covers (still waiting on these!), Ground Effects Package (in my possession but uncertain if I want them installed or not and if so, I need to decide on and install my exhaust first.). I've added 30% window tint, 21" black and painted aluminum staggered wheels (my 20's with tires are for sale if anyone is interested, only 400mi on them!), LS3 custom hood cowl decals, trunklid blackout (magnetic) and black w/embroidered red "SS" floor mats. I've had a full frontal clearshield installed as well as behind the door handles and door sills. I've purchased fade to black vent inserts, black bowtie emblem replacements and smoked tail light film but have yet to install these. I'm trying to pace myself so that I don't end up making the car too "busy". I'd like to re-wire the lights to have the capability to run both the halos and fog lights (which serve as daytime running lights for us RS peeps, grrrr!) together and eventually turbo or supercharge the car. As all of my vehicles, including an suv- this will be a work in progress, I can never leave well enough alone

I picked up my 2SS, RS, L99, RJT w/black interior late this afternoon. It was perfect, not a scratch. Nothing loose...everything the way it should be.

Until the ride home.

At the 14 mile on the odometer mark, the tranny decided it didnt want to shift out of first anymore. I was several blocks from home, so I shifted into manual and used the paddle shifters to get to the house.

Now I'm home. Stuck. No auto drive, no reverse. Huh!

I called OnStar and their remote diagnostics are down.

Any ideas? :(

Great color, I ordered mine and they said 4 weeks for delivery...10 weeks later to the day it's in . I picked it up on a weds. and took it back that Friday to have the white stripes put on ....AWSOME, heads turn everyday I'm on the road.

This is coming from a former C6 2005 Corvette owner. I got my car today and I am sooooooooooo loving this vehicle. Great ride, superb power and drop dead good looks. Interior is IO also and wow looks so nice. Happy I am.
