R/T has absolutely nothing to do with your overall E/T, the ET number starts when you're wheels leave the staging box, you could sit at the tree for a whole minute after the green and still run the same ET as the guy with the .001 R/T

Yes, I understand that. But the rules set by 1320junkie don't allow for any red lighted runs in the "official" 1/4 mile list.

Now, this is one of the most interesting posts on this thread. 2 Bone Stock l99's on the SAME track at the SAME time. Why does one car run 0.4 secs faster than the other? How did you launch your car, what mode, etc.? and do you have any thoughts why the other guy was slower?

Could be the fuse pull (I gained 7 tenths with my fuse pull), but it's more likely launch procedure and traction. Look at the difference in 60 ft. times. It's all right there. Actually after looking again, I think it may be both. He got him by a little over a tenth off the line, but was almost 4 tenths faster at the end, so he was pulling harder the whole run...that's the fuse pull, I'd bet.

Woo hoo! I made the top ten. I was surprised when I got back on the thread because I couldn't get traction worth a damn!!! At least I have one baseline time before I start my mods.

BTW -- The car in the left lane is also a 2010 Camaro 1SS with a supercharger, but he was running on stock tires because he didn't have his DR's yet, therefore he was spinning almost to the 60 ft. mark.
