Just noticed this today, the sun was out but raining, and when I turned on the wipers about 30 or so seconds later the headlights came on. When I turned the wipers off about 30 or so seconds later the lights went off. Didnt know if anyone knew this.

yeah i found this out last year and thought it was reallly cool. Its those little things GM did that just amazes me lol

cool, but I would never have found that out, mine is allergic to rain, so it stays in the garage on rainy days

In Missouri and I suspect many other states, it is the law that lights are to be on when wipers are on. Just another GM way is out in front, like the DRL's.

Yep, thats the law here in MN too.

it should be the law in everystate. Today its downpours galore and at least 10% of the idiots on the PA turnpike had no lights on. guess thats why I passed 3 wrecks. Several cars that I know of do the wipers on and headlights on thing.

yep, It even does that on the delay setting...

My 2007 Charger does it too. I think most cars have that feature now. Then I again I could be wrong...

Whats rain? My Camaro has not been driven in the rain, not sure if the wipers work.
