Not true, I am not automatically subscribed to the threads i make, nor do I have email notification for all of them.

The ones I do subscribe to come up in my CP, and I only get emails for PMs

very weird because when i create threads i am automatically subscribed to them.. maybe in your user preferences you set it so you have to manually subscribe to any threads.

I belong to a few forums and not one of them is default to subscribe to your own threads. I wasn't even aware that you could do that.
