Hi all. I've been lurking off and on for awhile and drooling over the 5th gen since they came out. I finally decided to buy one (my first Camaro!) and have been searching for MY perfect car....a 2013 2LT RS Summit White, no stripes, gray leather and sunroof.

One of the dealerships I'd been talking to decided to just go ahead and order one for me last month since they had allocation and no one could locate exactly what I wanted. Supposedly it's being built this week and they should have it by the end of the month. I'm trying to be patient but I'm SO EXCITED!!

Just picked up my 2013 victory red 2SS with a hurst short throw shifter and the quad exhaust. I also has a black stripe across the front that goes down the sides to the end of the doors. The dealer had it installed and I haven't seen another one with that stripe package. I haven't stopped smiling since I fired it up for the first time!

hi guys im new. i just recently bought a built camaro and cant wait to drive it. (im on deployment in afghan right now) i was looking into upgrading the sound system to the BA system. i just bought the deck speakers (6"x9"?) and the three up front (doors, and dash?). i picked them up on ebay for $45 but are they going to work properly? do i need to upgrade the amp?? is there a forum specifically for stock audio systems upgrading to the BA system??? if someone can help i would greatly appreciate it as it will give me something to do when i get home. thx

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.



oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

I have jumped ship again. I owned Camaros, Vettes, and Trans Ams, then changed to Mustangs for a while. However, I couldn't get over how good the new Camaros look. So there I went again.
I bought a 2012 SS. I hate the automatic transmission however... I have not been known to leave things alone for long. I am trying this tome to investigate. learn the car, and then let the insanity begin. For now however, just CAI and exhaust.
I know I'll break down and get a tuner, but I am going to try and wait. Last car I had my tuner for about 3 months, then decided to get a blower making the tuner useless
Gonna try and be "smart" this time but....
