However I'm not into autocross much as I like to go fast in straight lines

Jannetty usually sets up a test and tune track day twice a year. Typically a Friday, pay $100 and get unlimited passes all day long. Hopefully I can go whenever the next one is.

Lebanon valley has numerous track days throughout the year. It's only $70. My sister goes all the time with her mustang. Im not really a straight line kinda guy but if thats your thing they have a few days to the public.

Hey Guys, Ive been to Lebanon Valley drags three times this season. Best time 13.036 @110.91 mph.Very high temp and humidity that night. Will be a couple tenths quicker with better air and more practice. Still learning to launch slipping the clutch. Best 60ft. time 2.155sec. Would love to see more 5th gens there.

No slicks on Wed night so my car is out.

We had my dads Grand National out one Wed when it went 9.98 but it gets to crowded on those nights. Not to mention all the idiots there.

Every Friday there are rentals. They are on the Lvd web site. I don't think anymore are being held by the track but usually you can get into that wks particular rental.

Lebanon Valley

This past Wednesday I got out of work at 6pm traveled 70+ miles to Lebanon Valley. Got there at 7:15 and made a total of 6 passes and was on my way home by 9:45. It wasn't too crowded. But I was dying to test out the 415 rwhp package Jannetty Racing installed two weeks ago. And my new Mickey Thompson ET streets.

You were lucky. The night we went we got 3 passes in 5 hours.

Now it's getting to hot so you won't see those numbers until the fall.

Jannetty Racing Drag Day

Are you going to drag day in September?I was looking forward to it and it rained out twice already. Would like to find out what exactly makes your car squat down and take off that quick.

750 rwhp @ 2500 rpms does.

We're trying to minimize the squat. It's a painfully slow work in progress. That squat is killing the ET. It shouldn't be going that low. The front suspension is dialed. On setup attempt number 3 in the rear. Fingers crossed.

We will be there with the car in Sept.

Just to be clear im not stating that i think that NEC5 is all shows and no "go's". Rather i am asking the question mostly to see who might be interested, who's already doing track/strip events, and who might be seriously interested in going. which is why i posted all of the events in New england that i could find. And if you do decide that you are going ill add it to the second post so that a spontaneous track/stip day may occur.
