Personalized plates in NC...
Do I wait till I get my initial license plate before applying for a personalized plate or can apply for one with my temporary license plate?

I ordered my vanity plate 8 weeks before my car was built and it came in 4 weeks after my car came home. I dont see any problem ordering it before your car is here.
