Or, just drive up on a couple of 2x6s (maybe double up) to get the clearance you need for the jack.

Here's a video from PQ, showing lifting on the differential (I still wouldn't do it but it can be done) and removing rear calipers and rotors. Good video.

That's a very good post. In the rear, where the jackstands are shown there's enough room for both the jack and the jack stand.

In the front, there are several good places on the front clip as shown, but may be tough to reach with a standard floor jack. Another good spot is the "torque box" which is the bulge with a round hole in the middle, right behind the front wheel well. This is easy to each with a floor jack, from the side.
