Sure you can juice any stock engine up to make 1000hp but how many runs before it breaks? What people are saying is, on stock internals, bump both engine up to 700rwhp, Ford's can "safely and reliably" handle the power much better than the LS3.

Why are you comparing a block specifically made by Ford for boost to a N/A chevy block?

Wouldn't a LS9 be a better comparison?

The Ford is a smaller displacement engine, so they throw more boost at it to make the numbers. A larger displacement engine won't need the same amount of boost. Besides, if you throw 15psi. at an LSA it'll fall apart, that's the reason why the SS guys stroke / forge the bottom end with the best parts available on the aftermarket.
