Does any one know how much of hp/torque gain from installing the z/28 CAI?

That's a decent increase with stock tune. Checked out the link, the Roto fab definitely had better increases on a modded Z, but would you expect the same type of increases on a stock LS3? I do like the fact that the Z looks factory under the hood.

The Z not only looks, but fits perfectly in every locator and stud using all factory hardware. Have it on mine and love it. otherwise all stock with stock tune

I HAVE SEEN BOTH SIDE BY SIDE , the Rotofab looks like a higher quality piece. I have the CAI brand myself and prefer it to both .

That's what makes the world go round. It's all personal preference. I had the CAI but sold it to a buddy as soon as the Zwas available on the LS3. Had RotoFab on my RS, liked that a lot too

Jegs? Have you decided how you're going to route the hose going to the 1le breather? I went simple with a 90 elbow, but there are some guys on here that did really incredible things with theirs. I think it's in the z28 section of the threads. Check it out.

That Lethal dyno pretty much confirms what my tuner told me a while back: Until you get over 600 crank HP, the Z/28 intake is not a restriction. Over 600 HP, he's seen a difference of about an additional 5 hp for some intakes over the Z/28 intake.
