There's a plane flying around outside my office with a big banner on the back with the number 12.

For those that don't know, one of our "things" here in Seattle is that the fans are the "12th man" on the team.

The flag can also be found in certain other locations around Seattle.

Not that I'm an old guy. But, Romo is still young with a lifestyle that most would envy. Money, and a hot famous girlfriend. I think it's amazing he hasn't done anything worse than just go on vacation.

Manning, Brady and Farvre are much more mature and I'm sure manage their off the field life better than Romo can at this point in his career.

However... If he doesn't get his head on straight and start playing like he did in the first half of the season. It's his fault and nobody elses. And he will be absolutley throttled if they loose and it is remotely his fault.

Even though there is nothing wrong with the little vacation. I say avoid the controversy and just keep your head in the game until its over.

'gtahavit', you make some very good points. And I cannot argue with them.

This weekend will hopefully put an end to the "Romo talk".

If they win, then the past week will be moot.
If they lose, the haters will all chirp "I told you so."

Now, "CAN WE PLEASE LOOK FORWARD TO WHAT SHOULD BE SOME GREAT GAMES, AND FORGET ALL THE DRAMA?!"

I'll give you that he's a good QB. I mean come on he took a Pro's place at starting QB last season in his what Rookie year? and when I said
Quote:
Romo = gay
I didnt mean it derogatorily but more or less as a disliking for his playing, I mean he's just another brady. Look at what it took to get the pats to come back, ..... MOSS!! I mean okay Romo - T.O. Brady - Moss. Before T.O. , Romo , Moss, and Brady (grant you that the pats had won a couple superbowls in a row) Where were they when in ... Superbowl 39 and 40?? They're good teams no doubt but I think their QB's are babies

I'm surprised there aren't more Patiots fans here...

Anyway, congrats to the Pats, beat the Jags. Now I will have to root for the Colts... I don't think SD has what it takes to beat 'em again.

Will, you're absolutely right. You're opinion is as welcome as anyone elses'.

I had to "share my opinion" with a guy today at 'Cracker Barrel'.
I was eating breakfast when I overheard the waitress ask him who he was rooting for, Cowboys or Giants. He told her he hated both teams, (I'm fine with that), and I didn't hear what his answer was.

So, he and his wife are looking at the paper, and I over hear him mention something about the Jessica Simpson B.S., followed up with "Romo the homo". (steam begins coming out of my ears at this point.)

I finished my breakfast, walked over to his table, (proudly wearing my Cowboys sweatshirt), and asked him, "Are you an Eagles fan by any chance?"
His response, "Yes I am". At this point I shared my opinion with him..."I thought so by your display of a lack of class.", and I walked away before it got worse.

Moose,

Their lack of class showed in how their whole season went...in the toilet(where it belongs).
