I run the triple carbon after several other attempts.. and could not be happier... My builder stated... "I Love this clutch,"

It drives like stock, and grabs everything you throw at it on the track... The clutch release point is a bit higher up in the pedal travel than stock... but you know there is full disengagement and it only take a little bit of driving to get used to it...

I wont ever have anything else in my Camaro... My other TWIN disc was like a light switch... On or off, and a booger to drive on the street...

I have the Stage 3 kit from Snow. The controller offers a lot of fine tune adjustments.

How much power are u getting from it?

Is the meth injection worth it from your experience?

Is anyone boosting with meth and spraying ON TOP of the meth?

I'm thinking about a shot but have been thinking it would be smarter to unplug meth and run race gas when I decide to use the shot. But was wondering if you just run the shot straight through with meth.

Sounds like a tuning nightmare.

Ok. How many cylinders does it have and is it an automatic? I'll get that fixed right up quick.

hmmm, I remember something about an EVO motor... Must be 4 cylinder... with an auto-stick....

Actually Camslam... I'm sure it could be done but tuning would be a booger...

Is it safe to run meth with a TVS? I thought I heard somewhere that the meth would eat away the rotors. It sure would be nice to lower the iat's down here in hot, muggy S Florida.

Nope, ALKY works fine with a Maggie TVS 2300, keeps everything clean as hell and doesn't eat away at the rotors. ALKY Control-Julio Don, he'll tell you whatever you need to know.

I have heard spraying "pre blower" is not terribly effective in keeping IAT down. If I am wrong please tell me, I am up in the air on adding meth as well. I have IAT issues. Adding a larger heat exchange resivior as we speak to help.

spraying pre blower does not help as much as if it were spraying after a centrifugal blower or turbo.

reason being is on a turbo like what i have, i spray my meth injection into the charge pipe where the air is compressed and hot already. So the air going into the engine is the now cooled air/meth mixture.

but when your spraying pre-blower... yes you are cooling the air going into the blower, but it is then getting compressed and heating up at that point. Yes the cooler the air going in, the cooler it will be going into the engine. but the drop in IAT will not be as great as if it was post blower/turbo.

The real benefits of meth are lowering IAT's, raising octane(depending on mixture), and keeps everything clean.

yes you can adjust your tune drastically to take on more timing and compensate for the higher octane, but what IF the meth fails.... BOOM.

so the way you can really get gains is by the lower IAT's. Yes i run a little rich now under boost... but i would rather run a little rich with IAT's under 130 degrees VS higher IAT and leaner AFR...
