That is very Bold. There are a ton of tuners out there that have been tuning LS based cars since they were introduced in 97.

Thanks guys for all the kind words... Been doing it for 13 years... I am by far not the best in the business but I follow the point A to point B and stick to the focus of the tune without changing 10000 values arbitrarily , but I have a nice section of good friends that are also calibrators including Slowhawk Don, Fran RPM and a few others that if we run into issues we all collaborate. Ask your tuner if they know how a basic carb works, what a dashpot is if they have no understanding of that, walk away. We can all throw numbers into a tuning suite, but not many know what those numbers actually do... That is what in my opinion makes a good calibrator.

I use the PE table for everything.. I mean...

Greatest signature I ever saw was James over at RWTD "DO NOT RAPE THE PE TABLE" ...

That is a good quote. Command 9:1 to see 13:1 on NA motor, makes sense.

I HIGHLY suggest to use Matt @ FSP. He has made regular trips to Houston for tuning and has made some seriously nice gains. I was already tuned what I thought was pretty good. Matt worked his magic and I gained over another 25 rwhp on his tune! I've been working with him for the past couple of years and his customer service is second to NONE!

I would Haul my car to BFE for Matt FSP to tune it with no mods.. But since the e mail tuning capabilities of Matt and HP Tuners just sit back and enjoy.

All bull crap aside he's the best believe me took me 4 times to find the right tuner

Thanks for all the feedback. Looks like I have a lot of options, just nothing local

E-mail tunes sound like a good alternative.

Just PM'ed you. Go to Wong's Performance Engineering. He is in Vancouver, WA. and he tunes on a dyno using HP Tuner and something else but forgot what it is. He tuned mine last week and he does a fantastic job and he takes his time doing it right. Really nice guy and I highly recommend him.
