I would do alot of research before you go buy a KB. There are ALOT of unhappy people who got the KB blower. I would look at the whipple, maggie or lysholm units as they have tons of happy owners.

There will be others to speak up. I run a Procharger so I have no bias for any of the roots blowers but have met and spoke with several KB owners and every one of them had nothing but negatives to say. Is there a particular reason you are wanting the KB as the other blowers are more efficient and can produce bigger numbers?

Mine has been flawless since the install and tune. 10k miles and going. Only issue I have is the tires won't stick anymore...hehe...

Very high IAT's are the problem with the KB and they arent producing the hp numbers they claim. I think the KB is the best looking blower but others are just more efficient.

I made 704 to the tires at 10 psi with a futral cam and no meth. They do indeed make the power and ive never been more happy with the blower.

iats, seem to be higher...i think the looks of the kb are the best,imo..when i first did install i got 559 rwhp with no other mods @ 8lbs boost{ stock pulley}...no headers, nothing...ls3/m6...but these are great #,s for florida in summertime ...if you plan on really being a track nut and wanna get every drop of hp, then the iat might scare you off...when the iats climb , timing gets pulled...still ran a respectable 11.5 on this setup with street tires on a m6 that wanted to spin halfway down track..

What are your thoughts on the eforce? I know a guy with a Maggie and I haven't been blown away by it to be honest.

Eforce is probably least popular of the bunch. The maggie is the most popular because it was the first one out and is a very good unit. I had a maggie on my first setup and pushed it as hard as it could go and I didnt like it for the fact all the power was down low and no top end but that was also before they came out with the rear COG for the maggie. I went Procharger and am loving it. If I were you I would either go with the whipple or the maggie. The only advantage the maggie has is it has the COG available and can put out more psi with the COG setup. If you are just looking for a standard blower and not looking to go insane I would choose the whipple. The Lysholm unit is just showing up and everyone seems happy with it so far too. Or you could always decide to join the Procharger crazies

702 rwhp with JRE cam on 93 octane, no meth. Am very satisfied with mine too. Since the boost was upped to 11 psi, the KB HE was swapped out to a large custom Griffin unit. At that boost level, we found the KB provided HE needed some help.
