My apologies, I kind of threw this together at the last minute and tried to keep the play by play in real time. I will try again in 13 days for the Memorial Day Classic at Lime Rock Park... Pony Cars defeated the foreign invaders today.. Congratz to the Roush Performance Boss 302R and the Autohaus Motorsport's Camaro GT.R!!!!

We are VERY excited to see this from this past weekend. Autohaus is a class act operation and it was only a matter of time before they were on top of the podium. While our relationship with them is pretty new, we feel like they have what it takes to stay on top, they are truly professional all the way around.

GREAT JOB GUYS!

Looks like a different style cage in the GS and GT.R is that due to different regs or just team preference?

From my understanding (and experience) the GS is way more of a production based Camaro. Those are liked caged "bodies in white" built by Riley Technologies I think. The GTRs are completely fabricated frames, from the ground up, that have a basic box structure, then OEM (or OEM -style) bodywork on top of it. Those are built by Pratt and Miller. Regardless of them sharing very few components with the Camaro, they are still camaro bodies and its gret to see them doing so awesome in Grand Am
