In a few years that accident report will mean very little if they did a good repair and you still cannot tell where the damage was..

I would keep your car and go to gen5diy.com to get the stuff you want.
Gen5diy.com has all the goodies available in conversion plug and play kits that it seems like you want. You can always find the wheels on this site use for fairly inexpensive if you NEED oem wheels. |

Trading in your newer 2LT for an older 2LT just to get some halos, wheels, and color matched stuff makes little to no sense.

This is a horrible trade for you to make IMO. Likeliness is for as much as you're paying for that 2011 2LT/RS you could get at least a 2010 SS.

I did pull the trigger. Honestly, I'm very happy with my decision. After doing a little research for the last few weeks, I decided the black/iom would make me happiest. I already got compliments on it today.
Would I like an SS? Of course. But as I stated earlier, the pricing was out of the question on all that I looked at. I will post pictures soon. It was an almost even trade. I got the IOM interior like I'd originally wanted, IOM stripe, RS, preferred steering wheel, and 11k less miles. Had I been on this site 3-4 months ago, I would've gotten an RS 2LT from the start. But, hindsight is always 20/20. |
