Best Car cover for 2011 SS Convertible

I just ordered my 2011 2SS RS Convertible and my wife wants to give me a car cover as a Xmast present.

Wich one is the best? Is GM OEM 92215994 a good choice?

I live in Montreal Canada, so the car cover has to be good for snow as well.

Thank's

PS moving down south is no option

...a garage. Built one in a week. Just file for permits and start building away.

The best car cover for person A, may not be the best car cover for everyone else. I keep having to explain this over and over again. Read this write-up and figure out which is best for you.

Junkman,

Thank's for your article. Very interesting, I'll do more research.

If you can help, I have a couple questions:

1. Since my Camaro will be a black convertible, is there something special I have to check when I do my shopping for a car cover?

2. During winter, the car cover will be used in my heated garage and during summer I'll use it against pollen and bird drops (lot of trees around my driveway). Can I get a car cover that will do a decent job in both situations?

Do you not have a garage to use year round, or do you rent one for the winter?

When you look at the chart that will help you decide which cover to go with, it will break down exactly wjat each cover does. You must choose the cover that meets the two things that you have just questioned me with. The cover is out there, you have to do the research and find it. Like I said in my article, I prefer Covercraft. They have a wide range of covers to choose from and address any and all of your concerns.

I have my own garage, but during summer I need it to park 2 motorcycles...

I know, I should treat my Camaro better but if I tell my wife that her bike will sleep outside, I'm in trouble

So for next summer, having her bike in the garage will part of the negociation process. A car cover is a lot cheaper than a divorce...

Ok lol. I understand about the wife thing. If my dad ever told my mom that his truck was going in the garage over her car, she would've flipped.

Just an FYI, the convertible covers aren't out yet. I would definitely wait for those covers because they will have the pocket for the lights and the shark fin that will be on the trunk. If you get one now, the shark fin pocket will be on the top of the car. This tight spot on the trunk cause scratches.

The best car cover for your Camaro is being ready for production in the month of January. If you want one call me at ProperAutoCare after the holidays and we can get you on the list for one.
